At Innovative Physical Therapy, the Billing Specialist is a linchpin in maintaining positive client relationships. This role ensures client satisfaction through accurate, timely, and transparent financial interactions, playing a pivotal part in the overall well-being experience we provide.

Responsibilities:

Payment Processing:

• Receive and meticulously sort incoming payments, ensuring credibility and accuracy.
• Manage the status of accounts, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
• Verify the validity of debit accounts and facilitate efficient processing.

Billing Operations:

• Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices promptly and accurately.
• Update the accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.
• Keep clients informed about their outstanding debts and deadlines.

Client Communication:

• Provide clear and courteous solutions to client issues related to billing, contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping:

• Write comprehensive reports on billing activity, providing clear and reliable data.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with numbers or finance, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adherence to laws and best practices in customer interactions and data handling.
• Comfortable with numerical data and advanced proficiency in financial information processing using MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Results-driven, patient, and detail-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree.
