Farah Gohari

Physical Therapist

Farah Gohari created Innovative Physical Therapy in 1999 and, since then, she has remained committed to her role as a physical therapist on the team. What began as a modest one-room clinic has now evolved into the clinic of her dreams. Farah specializes in a variety of manual therapy techniques including Astym, dry needling, cold laser therapy, and craniosacral therapy.

After receiving her Master of Physical Therapy from Wichita State University, Farah began her professional journey at Via Christi Orthopedic Rehab before transitioning to work for Wichita USD259. These roles enabled her to engage with a wide spectrum of patients from babies to teenagers and adults to the elderly. Driven by a deep affection for children, Farah continued her education in order to specialize in pediatric and teenage injuries and diagnoses.

Over the past 23 years, Farah has dedicated herself to her private practice, delivering comprehensive care contending with to sports injuries, diabetes neuropathy, chronic pain, torticollis, vestibular issues, geriatric rehabilitation, and more. Her commitment to her patients' well-being permeates every facet of her work reflecting her dedication to community health and welfare.

Outside of the professional realm, Farah radiates generosity and compassion. Her free time is dedicated to her family, friends, and community, where has gained a reputation for for cooking a meal for anyone who knocks on her door. She hopes to be a continued advocate for minorities and women in the Wichita community.

Nicholas Notario

Physical Therapist

Nicholas Notario is a dedicated professional who graduated from Wichita State University in 2002, earning both a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and a Master of Physical Therapy degree. With over two decades of experience, Nicholas has been an integral part of Innovative Physical Therapy, where he currently serves as the PT Lead.

Throughout his tenure, Nicholas has honed his expertise in orthopedic rehab, sports injuries, pediatric dysfunction, pelvic floor issues, and urinary incontinence. His commitment to continual learning led him to pursue extensive education in various specialized areas, including manual therapy, kinesio taping, vestibular training, and pelvic floor treatment.

Nicholas's passion extends to his love for children, evident in his work and interactions. His blend of expertise, dedication, and strong beliefs makes him not just a skilled physical therapist but also a caring and empathetic individual deeply committed to his patients' well-being.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Nicholas finds fulfillment in staying active. When he's not at IPT, Nichalos can almost always found exercising at the gym or participating at church. As a testament to his faith and dedication, he initiates an inter-religious daily prayer session with his colleagues during lunchtime. His unwavering belief in the intersection of his career and his spirituality drives his compassionate approach to physical therapy.
